With a simple web research, you can find many tricks to realize a homemade wooden floor wax.<\/p>\n<p>Among these, the vinegar-based ones promise to carry out a degreasing action on the wooden floor along with the protective action of the wax, the linen oil and the detergent one of the alcohol.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">And example of wooden floor wax<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depending on the desired hardness, for 350 ml of wax you need:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>40-60 gr of natural carub wax<\/li>\n<li>40 gr of beeswax in pearls<\/li>\n<li>200 gr of linen oil<\/li>\n<li>100 ml of vodka or alcohol for foodstuff<\/li>\n<li>20 drops of essential pine oil (or lemon, lavender, eucalyptus&#8230; according to your tastes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preparation: destroy carub wax with a hammer and mix it \u2013 in a recipient not made of metal \u2013 to the beeswax and the linen oil, carefully mixing with a wooden spoon. Pour the compound in a small saucepan and let it melt it in a bain-marie. Take it off the fire when it will be melt and add vodka and the essential oil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour the compound in a metal pot and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours or under ambient temperature until consolidation. At this point, wax will be ready to use and you can conserve it for a long time in a cool and dry place.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apply it on the floor with a soft cloth (take care of the lints the cloth could release!)<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Professional products: why?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But is it really convenient to produce wooden floors wax at your house?
