Even if, during his management, there had been a boom in sales. He opened to the foreign markets and launched water-based formulation with the help of the best researchers. Lindo Aldrovandi\u2019s role was downgraded until the moment he received a redundancy notice. It was a difficult moment. But the businessman did not agreed. And he started again.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1445874591287{padding-top: 30px !important;}”][vc_column width=”5\/6″ css=”.vc_custom_1445941782096{padding-top: 40px !important;}”][vc_custom_heading text=”THE REBIRTH” font_container=”tag:h2|font_size:30|text_align:left|color:%23595959|line_height:1″ google_fonts=”font_family:Raleway%3A100%2C200%2C300%2Cregular%2C500%2C600%2C700%2C800%2C900|font_style:800%20bold%20regular%3A800%3Anormal”][vc_column_text]One month later, he got an agreement with the heirs of Giancarlo Cocchi (the founder of Aldrovandi\u2019s former company) and Alexandre Cenacchi, the majority shareholder of Renner Sayerlack, the Brazilian wood coatings company, leader of the South-American market.<\/p>\n

Thanks to this agreement between Cocchi\u2019s family and Alexandre Cenacchi, Renner Italia came to light. At the head of the company: Lindo Aldrovandi.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1445874591287{padding-top: 30px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”5\/6″ css=”.vc_custom_1445941782096{padding-top: 40px !important;}”][vc_custom_heading text=”TRAVEL COMPANIONS” font_container=”tag:h2|font_size:30|text_align:left|color:%23595959|line_height:1″ google_fonts=”font_family:Raleway%3A100%2C200%2C300%2Cregular%2C500%2C600%2C700%2C800%2C900|font_style:800%20bold%20regular%3A800%3Anormal”][vc_column_text]In autumn 2003, some of Aldrovandi\u2019s old collaborators decided to resign and follow him in his new project. The first ones who believed in the project were the chemists of the water-based coatings laboratory. On January 2004, five months after the reception of that redundancy letter, Renner Italia was inaugurated.<\/p>\n

More and more employees of the old company resigned and contributed to the growth of Renner Italia.<\/p>\n

In 2011, 2012 and 2014 the Databank \u2013 Cerved Group, a prestigious institute for business information, awarded Renner Italia with the prize \u201cCompany to Watch\u201d in the category of industrial coatings.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1445874591287{padding-top: 30px !important;}”][vc_column width=”5\/6″ css=”.vc_custom_1445941782096{padding-top: 40px !important;}”][vc_custom_heading text=”THE FIRST TEN YEARS” font_container=”tag:h2|font_size:30|text_align:left|color:%23595959|line_height:1″ google_fonts=”font_family:Raleway%3A100%2C200%2C300%2Cregular%2C500%2C600%2C700%2C800%2C900|font_style:800%20bold%20regular%3A800%3Anormal”][vc_column_text]During the first ten years, Renner Italia built its own ethical principles and all the employees (250 workers in 2015) and the clients too were paying attention to this innovative way to do business.<\/p>\n

From 2009, Renner Italia seemed to be a step ahead of the others, in the industrial relations, in the social responsibility and in the salary conditions of its employees.<\/p>\n

Lindo Aldrovandi wanted to establish the 14th<\/sup> month of salary and a part of the incomes was distributed to the workers. From 2012, 50% of the energy savings is deposited in the paycheck.<\/p>\n

An elimination of the wastes allowed the company to give a bonus of 2.150 \u20ac in 2013, of 3.500 \u20ac in 2014 and of 2.750\u20ac in 2015.<\/p>\n

In 2012, the initiative \u201cUno stipendio in pi\u00f9 contro la crisi\u201d got the prize \u201cPremio Impresa Ambiente from the Italian Ministero dell\u2019Ambiente e della Tutela del Territorio e del Mare<\/em> and from the Camera di Commercio of Rome.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1445874591287{padding-top: 30px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”5\/6″ css=”.vc_custom_1445941782096{padding-top: 40px !important;}”][vc_custom_heading text=”RENNER ITALIA AND LINDO ALDROVANDI” font_container=”tag:h2|font_size:30|text_align:left|color:%23595959|line_height:1″ google_fonts=”font_family:Raleway%3A100%2C200%2C300%2Cregular%2C500%2C600%2C700%2C800%2C900|font_style:800%20bold%20regular%3A800%3Anormal”][vc_column_text]The history of Renner Italia is the history of Lindo Aldrovandi. He is an entrepreneur born in an industrious land, the territory of Bologna, and grown up with the values of a good Italian spirit.<\/p>\n

Son of a policeman-partisan and of a housewife, this entrepreneur demonstrated to be able to get up again after the fall and to learn from it.<\/p>\n
